888fb Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "888fb" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://888fb.bio, operated as an internationally managed platform serving players in Bangladesh.
• "Platform" means the 888fb website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 888fb and is accessing the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 888fb Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, live dealer game, or other wagering product offered through 888fb.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated on the 888fb Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain Platform features.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time by 888fb.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

By accessing the 888fb Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 888fb with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or informal summary, the English version shall prevail and be the legally binding document.

To register and maintain an Account on 888fb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on the 888fb Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register Accounts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 888fb or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by 888fb for any breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

888fb operates a strict one Account per player policy. Opening or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's details — is prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 888fb will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.

You must notify 888fb immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 888fb will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend your Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

888fb reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or close any Account that is found to be in breach of these Terms;
• Withhold or void any winnings derived from activity that violates these Terms;
• Request additional identity, address, or source-of-funds documentation from any Player at any time;
• Impose temporary or permanent deposit, withdrawal, or wagering limits on any Account.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all contact information held on their Account — including mobile number and email address — remains accurate and up to date. 888fb is not responsible for failure to receive account notifications resulting from outdated contact details.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 888fb will attempt to contact the Player at the registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

888fb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account in real time. Card deposits may be subject to standard banking processing times. 888fb does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in the cashier. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. 888fb targets processing withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though actual receipt of funds may be subject to your payment provider's timelines.

Currency: All Account balances are held and displayed in BDT. 888fb does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is outside 888fb's control and any associated costs are your responsibility.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider without first contacting 888fb support constitutes a breach of these Terms. 888fb reserves the right to suspend your Account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback.

All bets placed on the 888fb Platform are subject to these Terms and to any specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product only.

A bet is considered accepted when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. 888fb reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or at odds that were clearly displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault. Players will be notified of any voided bets and the original stake will be returned to the Account Balance.

With respect to sports betting, 888fb offers pre-match and live in-play markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events — as well as other sports. Live odds are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets placed during a period of odds suspension may be voided at 888fb's discretion.

Casino and live dealer games — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game client. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. General bonus principles applicable across all 888fb promotions are set out below.

• Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any resulting winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-player, one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-device basis unless otherwise stated.
• 888fb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to cancel any bonus credited to a Player's Account if 888fb has reasonable grounds to believe the offer has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888fb Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other promotions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or place bets on the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or calculation mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or share information for mutual benefit in live dealer games;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal or convert funds derived from illegal activities;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation, or betting on events in which you have any direct or indirect involvement;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 888fb support staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the 888fb Platform without express written permission.

All content on the 888fb Platform — including but not limited to the 888fb name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888fb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent from 888fb;
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Using the 888fb name, logo, or brand identity in any marketing material, social media post, or public communication without express written authorisation;
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any breach of 888fb's intellectual property rights will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888fb, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service;
• Loss of data or Account information arising from cyber-attacks, system failures, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by a Player based on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card networks;
• Any financial losses arising from a Player's own gambling decisions, wagering strategy, or failure to understand applicable game rules.

888fb does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

888fb is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only. 888fb provides the following tools within every player Account to support responsible gambling:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting 888fb support. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of all outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

888fb may terminate or suspend a Player's Account immediately and without prior notice in the event of:

• Any breach, or suspected breach, of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Any circumstance in which 888fb determines, in its sole discretion, that maintaining the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in the 888fb support documentation, with escalation to binding arbitration where applicable.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
